Earlier this month UTCs across the country were involved in THINK UTC, a new national day that celebrates the work UTCs do to inspire and educate young people in science, technology engineering and maths (STEM).

32 UTCs took part in the day on 18th March, which also coincided with British Science Week and National Apprenticeship Week. Staff, students and employer and university partners, hosted showcase events and activity days on all things STEM. Local MPs, press and community members were invited to get involved, enabling them to discover more about their local UTC and the exciting ways it teaches and applies STEM.
